Design philosophy
Products are designed with simplicity, flexibility, and circularity in mind. Thanks to the mono-material principle, the product is fully recyclable and recycled materials can be used where possible.
Production
Provent's plastic products are efficiently and locally produced using high-quality injection moulding techniques. Thanks to the smart product design, the components come out of the mould ready for use. No manual actions are required to package the products.
Logistics
By delivering the air distribution box as separate components, it can be assembled at the desired time and for the intended application. This reduces the required storage and transport volume and prevents stock of pre-assembled versions. The tool-free assembly also allows for quick configuration, replacement of components, or later adjustments to the distributor.
Market position
Provent operates as a development and production partner in the background and is not visible as a competing brand in the market. This allows the customer to offer the air distribution system entirely under their own brand name, strengthen their own product range, and maintain established customer relationships and market position. Provent supports this with product development, production, and documentation, without directly competing with the customer or their partner's sales channel.
Easy to Install
The products are secured with a punched mounting strip, making separate mounting brackets and other fastening materials unnecessary. The flexible duct is mounted directly and airtight onto the connection piece, without rubber seals or additional sealing materials.
Air distribution box
The patented air distribution box is assembled without tools. The assembled distributor is water-/air-tight without the addition of seals and is suitable for both built-in (in concrete) and surface-mounted applications.
